Pricing and Payment

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the programme start date
• 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days before the start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the start date
• Transfers to alternative dates may be available at our discretion

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of participants is our priority. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training. We have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place, available upon request.
